Browser storage
We use cookies to support private receipts and staff sign-in. The Start Service form keeps your entries while the page is open, but this website does not save a draft in cookies or browser storage. Leaving or reloading the page can clear unfinished entries.
Your controls
The Day / Night button remembers your display preference in this browser. It stores only the selected appearance, separate from form entries. Before you choose, the site follows your device's light or dark setting. Clear this site's browser storage to return to that automatic setting.
Keep the page open until your request is confirmed. If a submission is interrupted, the form can retry the same request while the page remains open. Contact Paper Monkey if you are unsure whether your request was received.
The status lookup page itself does not save your lookup token in cookies or browser storage.
Receipt and sign-in cookies
For certain order or contact submissions, a short-lived cookie allows us to display your private receipt after redirecting your browser. Receipt cookies are encrypted and set to expire after ten minutes. An order receipt cookie may contain your order number and private status link; a contact receipt cookie authorizes access to that receipt.
Staff sign-in uses a separate cookie to maintain the signed-in session. We do not use these form, receipt, or sign-in features for analytics or advertising.
Third-party tools
External services and resources may use their own cookies or similar technologies. Their policies describe their handling of information. If we introduce non-essential analytics or advertising tools, we will update this notice and provide any choices required by applicable law before they are used.
